In a groundbreaking moment for youth leadership and women's empowerment, UN Peace Ambassador and Mayor Dr. Cashenna A. Cross was inducted as an Honorary Member of THOZ Diamonds — the first-ever high school sorority in the United States, founded at Charles Herbert Flowers High School in Maryland. On March 14, 2025, twelve brilliant young women made history by establishing Tau Eta Phi Zeta Diamond Chapter. Mayor Dr. Cross served as keynote speaker, sharing wisdom on resilience, excellence, and the beauty of becoming a diamond under pressure.
