Gender Priority Strategy (GEPS)

Prioritizing Gender Issues through POLICY, EDUCATION, ADVOCACY, RESEARCH, and SOLUTIONS

About Us

The Gender Priority Strategy (GEPS) is a pioneering global initiative born from the recognition that gender equality is not merely a matter of fairness, but a moral imperative and prerequisite for sustainable development and lasting peace. Building on the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action, we work strategically to transform the landscape of gender equality through our comprehensive PEARS approach: Policy, Education, Advocacy, Research, and Solutions.

Our approach acknowledges that real change has been slow for women and girls worldwide, and that not a single country has achieved true gender equality. We focus on developing holistic solutions that address:

  • Gender Imbalance and Balancing
  • Gender Character Development
  • Intergenerational Connections
  • Gender Therapy and Emotional Support
  • Gender Bias Elimination
  • “The Woman Herself” – Comprehensive Personal Development

What We Do

GEPS drives transformative change through our PEARS framework: advancing gender-responsive Policy development, delivering strategic Education programs, conducting high-impact Advocacy with stakeholders, undertaking critical Research, and implementing practical Solutions. Together, these pillars create sustainable pathways for advancing global gender equality and women's rights.

Policy Education and Implementation

We recognize that effective gender equality begins with strong policy frameworks. Our policy education initiatives work to bridge the gap between theoretical understanding and practical implementation. We engage with policymakers, institutions, and community leaders to develop and implement gender-responsive policies that create meaningful change. Through careful analysis of existing frameworks and development of new approaches, we help create sustainable policy solutions that address the complex challenges facing women today.

Executive Education Programs

Our executive education programs represent a cornerstone of our mission to build capacity for gender advocacy and leadership. Through carefully designed courses and certification programs, we equip leaders with the knowledge and tools needed to drive gender equality initiatives in their communities. These programs combine theoretical understanding with practical applications, ensuring that participants can effectively implement what they learn. Our curriculum is continuously updated to reflect current challenges and emerging solutions in the gender equality landscape.

Strategic Advocacy

Our advocacy work focuses on creating meaningful dialogue between key stakeholders in the gender equality movement. We work closely with governments, community leaders, and international organizations to promote policies and practices that advance women's rights. Through structured engagement and strategic partnerships, we help amplify women's voices in decision-making processes at all levels. Our advocacy efforts are grounded in evidence-based approaches and real-world experiences of women across different contexts.

Research and Solutions Development

We believe that effective solutions must be built on solid research and evidence. Our research initiatives focus on understanding the complex challenges facing women globally and developing innovative solutions to address them. We document best practices, analyze trends, and identify emerging opportunities for advancing gender equality. This research informs all aspects of our work, from policy recommendations to program development.

Hunger Solutions: Empowering Women, Ending Hunger

For generations, women have been at the heart of food security—farming, trading, and ensuring their families never went hungry. In alignment with Sustainable Development Goal 2, our Hunger Solutions project revives this legacy, empowering women to lead the fight against hunger in their communities.

Through our Gender Priority Strategy, we equip women with the resources, support, and opportunities needed to restore their traditional role in food security, even in challenging times. This initiative is not just about food—it’s about human satisfaction, health, and well-being.

We are launching a global campaign to provide sustainable hunger solutions, starting with women in FCTA rural communities. Be part of this movement: Join, donate, and support. Together, we can ensure a hunger-free future.

The pledge

In 30 years, we have been addressing gender issues confronting women across the world from the grassroots. Most of us have traveled locally and globally, speaking, making presentations, advocating for women’s rights, and being part of policy formulations, yet, the solutions to gender issues are yet to be fully realized.

Our girls and younger generations are becoming more disorganized every day, while our middle-aged women are increasingly self-introspective, and our older women are constantly in tears and speechless about the feminization of poverty in the land.

We are thus losing our significance, and the time has come for us to bring order to our issues. We need to stand up for our priorities and drive our Policy, Education, Advocacy, and Research (PEARS) ourselves to Solutions.

At Gender Priority Strategy, we are Women for Women by Women! Let’s stand together in Solidarity, Strength, Substance!
Let’s Drive Our PEARS together for Generations to come!
Let’s Guarantee that our Legacy will be Remembered!
GEPS: Women for Women by Women!
