The GEPS Accelerator The Gender Priority Strategy Accelerator fast-tracks the development of emerging women leaders in gender advocacy, policy development, and community transformation. Participants receive immersive training in all five PEARS pillars through virtual workshops, mentorship from Governing Council members, field assignments, and collaborative projects. The first cohort included 50 women leaders from 25 countries. Each participant is paired with experienced mentors and implements a capstone community project. Applications open annually with scholarships available for women from underserved communities.
